     急性早幼粒細胞白血病（APL）是急性髓細胞白血?。ˋML）的一種特殊類型（M3），占所有AML病例的10%-15%。APL具有*的臨床表型及細胞形態(tài)學、細胞遺傳學和分子生物學特征。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)約95%的APL患者伴有異常染色體核型t(15;17)(q22;q21)，該易位使15號染色體上的PML基因與17號染色體上的RARA基因發(fā)生相互易位形成PML/RARA融合基因，是APL的一個特異分子標志。PML/RARA融合蛋白通過顯性負抑制作用抑制早幼粒細胞分化成熟，從而阻斷細胞分化導致持續(xù)增殖。
